Topping Out in June of 2023

Early this month we have topped out concrete! This is a major milestone for the project as we will now be able to begin the installation of the CCAPP Panels and start interior work.

The Facade of the building will be made out of CCAPP (Clark Composite Architectural Precast Panels). You will see the facade being flown onto the building throughout the next few months.

The interior build out has also began and will continue up floor by floor. The picture to the left shows the Drywall framing with plumbing and electrical.

Safety has always been a priority at Webcor. We will continue to look out for the safety of the workers but also the community around the site.
