The building program generally consists of: two levels of below-grade parking and back-of-house spaces accessed via Berkeley Way, approximately 5,178 sqft of ground floor retail primarily fronting on Shattuck Avenue, a total of 163 rental apartments and various indoor amenities.


Open space is provided through a combination of private balconies at various locations on the facade, a landscaped courtyard at level 2 and a terrace on the roof.


The sustainability target for the building is GreenPoint Rated Gold and all-electric services are being provided for the residential HVAC and cooking needs.
